Caroline S. Cooper is a writer, speaker, and host of a podcast/YouTube show called Mental Health and Faith: A Closer Look. She has led a Christ-centered mental health support group for more than fifteen years. Through her ministry, Mental Health Connect, she desires to help people find their way in this complicated world by encouraging them to choose hope, experience transformation, and recognize victory in the Lord Jesus Christ. Caroline is a certified peer specialist (CPS) in mental health in Missouri. She also has a master’s in Bible & Theology and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree. As an experienced speaker, Caroline has given presentations at mental health conferences, church events, women’s retreats, and in other settings. She is also a RESPECT Speaker. The RESPECT Institute is sponsored by the Missouri Mental Health Foundation. As a freelance writer, Caroline has been published by Focus on the Family, Guideposts, Bible Advocate, and other publishers. She is also a self-published author with several mental health-related books and Bible studies. In 2023, Caroline updated and re-published her first book (originally published in 2005) through Trilogy Christian Publishing: "In This Corner: Battling Trauma and Mental Illness From Inside the Ring."
