About this Talk
The racial disparities and gaps that exist deeply impact the quality of life for individuals who are impacted the most. Whether we are talking about education, home ownership, law enforcement, economics, employment or health there are patterns that worthy of our collective attention and concentrated effort. This session simply provides a narrative for the audience to reflect upon the value of human resources. A common quote states, we all do better when we each of us are doing better. In brief, although many of our living and work settings maintain racial division doesn't mean that this healthy or effective for any people group. This session compels the audience through scenarios, reflective questions and an appeal to virtuous values as a means to bring people closer together than apart.
