Participants will walk away knowing the difference between music, therapeutic music, and music therapy. They will understand the benefits of using music in their and their children's lives. They will be given specific strategies, including drumming, singing, and using music in other ways. They will learn musical coping skills that can be used with their children for self-regulation and to create more calm in their homes.
